The online Archive is a collection of photographs, programmes and posters from theatre productions, newspaper cuttings, and information about this unique building and its history. This site incorporates the catalogued entries, with images where available, together with a searchable performance listing. More items will be added and featured as they are received and catalogued.
The Archive received funding from the Coastal Revival Fund, the Heritage Sharing Fund, and is grateful for advice and services provided by Kent Libraries & Kent Archives.
About us
The Archive, and this website, is run by a group of volunteers based in the Folkestone area. We welcome new recruits, especially if you have some skills (however basic) in running community events, or enjoy historical research, archiving, cataloguing, and scanning documents. If you’re interested, please contact us.
