A 25 page cloth-bound document entitled ‘Memorandum and Articles of Association: Leas Pavilion (Folkestone) Ltd 1901’ drawn up by Frederick Hall Solicitors and giving the date of incorporation as 27 December 1901. The Contents page lists the Memorandum and Articles of Association together with (p9) the names and addresses of the seven Directors of the new company, including Frederick Ralph; each Director had one share each.
